'Little Lucy' Ficus is an easy, fun and versatile choice to start creating bonsai with! This fast growing tree has a neat ability to naturally develop multiple trunks from a single base trunk; for a fanned out effect. It has small slightly curled pointed light green leaves when it sprouts in spring but turns dark green as the foliage matures. It can tolerate all kinds of lighting conditions from full sun to full shade; you can keep them either indoor and outdoor with great success.

'Little Lucy' really lives upto its namesake; where it's a dwarf variety within the Benjamina ficus group. The smaller the tree is, the slower it grows! So it's easy to maintain this species in a smaller size; which is perfect for bonsai. You're able to cultivate this as a single standalone tree or group a few of them together to make a forest bonsai scene with multiple individuals on a large suiban pot for a "penjing style" bonsai look.
